Todd began representing financial services companies and professionals immediately following his clerkship with a federal district court judge in Atlanta.He has successfully represented broker-dealers, registered investment advisers, brokers, and other individuals in customer arbitrations, employment disputes, and regulatory proceedings.

Since 1998, he has handled more than 300 matters involving the financial services industry. Todd has appeared before the SEC and NASD (now FINRA) in regulatory matters and handled arbitrations administered by FINRA, the New York Stock Exchange, the Pacific Stock Exchange, AAA, and JAMS. He has appeared in arbitrations throughout the United States, including Virginia, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Delaware, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, Nebraska, Texas, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Washington, and California.
