Brian joined the Firm in 2010. Before going to law school, Brian worked in Wachovia Securities’ legal department, assisting with the pre-litigation resolution of investment-related disputes.

While in law school, he spent his summers working in the legal department of Virginia’s largest utility company. In that position, he worked on various commercial litigation matters related to contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and employment issues.

Brian is actively involved in all aspects of the firm’s litigation and advises clients on a variety of issues related to retail brokerage.
