Todd Ratner began representing companies and professionals in the financial services industry in 1998, immediately following his clerkship with a federal district judge in Atlanta. Over the past thirteen years, he has personally handled over 300 investment-related disputes, both in private practice and as in-house counsel for one of the country’s largest brokerage firms.
Todd has represented wirehouses, regional firms, and independent contractor firms, along with individuals associated with each of these varied businesses. He also has extensive experience with bank broker-dealers and the unique issues associated with that business model.
